I have created a template (using PPT 2003) which I need to share with other users, including some who are still working with PPT 2000. The master Title Slide contains a graphic image (JPG format). All is well with users who have PPT 2002 and PPT 2003, but for SOME (not all) of those using PPT 2000, the graphic image does not display. You just see a small red cross instead. I've seen this happen in Word before, but never in PPT - maybe I've just been lucky!! Does anybody have any idea of why this may be happening?

This is a difficult problem to solve. See RED X instead of graphics for some suggestions.
