    I have 2 reports in Access 2007 based on queries. I want to restrict the printing to one record at a time - at present it will print everything. It used to work but I have obviously made some changes inadvertently. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

    Thanks.

    How do you specify what record you want to print?

    A report opened by itself will display/print all records from its record source. The usual way to restrict it is to open the report from a form using DoCmd.OpenReport and to specify the WhereCondition argument, for example

    DoCmd.OpenReport ReportName:="rptMyReport", WhereCondition:="ID=" & Me.ID
