Does Access 2007 impose any limit on number of fields being displayed in a subform?
How to increase the number of rows being displayed? Currently it's only 8 rows.

The number of rows displayed in a subform depends only on how much space you provide. It can increase without limit.
The limit on the number of fields would be well beyond anything you could have reason to use. I imagine it is 255 , but that is just a guess.
Perhaps you could provide a screen shot of what you currently have.

The number of rows displayed simultaneously depends on the height of the subform control on the main form and on the row height. If they are such that 8 rows fit inside the subform control, 8 rows will be displayed.
There's a limit of 22" to the height of a control, so there's a limit to the number of rows that you can display simultaneously too.

    Hi John & Hans,
Thanks for your helpful advice. You're right about the limiting factors such as the height of the subform. I'm pleased with the result.
    Thanks again.
