I have three columns, year, month and day. In the fourth, I would like to combine them so that when I link that cell, the second file will recognize the cell as a date in the format "m/d/yyyy". I tried B1&"/"&C1&"/"&A1 but it didn't seem to work. Any ideas?
    Thanksin advance.
