    Not sure if this is where to post this question - but I helped a friend reformat his DELL 4700 and reload Win XP PRO. Now when he is in Outlook Express or Firefox - when he turns the wheel on his mouse to scroll down, the entire page "refreshes" rather than simply moving down to the lower section of the page. What would be causing this? Thanks for your help.

    You might check Control Panel>Mouse>Wheel tab to see what is checked there. See screenshot.
