I would like to highlight all instances of certain terms in a document, but don't see instructions for this in the Find and Replace window. Anyone?

Click the Reading Highlight dropdown in the Find dialog and select Highlight All from the dropdown list.

If you want to just highlight the terms (in what W2007 calls "reading highlight"), Hans has given the answer. But if you want Word to behave as before and actually actually select the items, click the Find in button (in the Find and replace dialog) and choose Main document.
