    We have a user who has a workbook with a data sheet and several charts. The charts have been setup to print on 11" x 17" paper. Others need to update the data for the charts. But if the updater does have a print capable of 11" x 17" prints, the charts default to portrait and 8.5" x 11"

    Is there anyway to lock in the page setup for the charts, so that they do not have to be reset each time they need to be printed?

    You could put this code in the Thisworkbook module:

    Code:
    Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean)
    	If TypeName(ActiveSheet) = "Chart" Then
    		With ActiveSheet.PageSetup
    			On Error Resume Next 'Avoid error if printer doesn't support this papersize
    			.PaperSize = xlPaperTabloid
    		End With
    	End If
    End Sub

    Thanks. What happens if someone prints the worksheets to a printer that doesn't have 11" x 17" paper available?

    We can use a module for internal workbooks, but not for information shared with clients.

    I don't know, I guess it'll use the default paper setup in the printer.
