    I know this has been asked and answered in the past, but I cannot find it. How do you turn off prompts in Excel in VBA from Access?

    thanks

    Let's say you have an Excel.Application object named xlApp. Use

    xlApp.DisplayAlerts = False

    to suppress prompts, and

    xlApp.DisplayAlerts = True

    to display them again.
