Removing hyperlinks (Office 2000)

I know how to remove a hyperlink (right-click Hyperlink then Remove Hyperlink). I was wondering if there is a way to remove more than one at a time. I have a list of hyperlinks I copied/pasted to Word. It would save me a lot of time if I could select the entire list and then remove the hyperlink. I tried doing this with the righ-click but everything was greyed out. I couldn't find anything on Help either.

Thank you. It worked. I'm also going to try writing the macro that appears below the first answer.

    Hi Maria:

You might also have a look at this post, as an update to Gary's macro.

    Hope this helps.
