Remove Tracking changes

We have a Word file that we track the changes in. Once the document is complete, how do you remove those "tracks" so that when we email the document the reciptient only sees the final work and not what changes we made?

I have attached a sample of what I am referring to.

The general process is to stop tracking changes and then use the accept/reject feature to finalize the changes (which removes all the revision marks). It seems the UI for this changes a bit in every version of Word, so for more specifics, you would need to indicate your version.

Word 2002/2003:
- Display the Reviewing toolbar.
- Click the little dropdown arrow on the right of the Accept Change button (the one with the blue check mark).
- Select "Accept all changes in document" from the dropdown menu.

Word 2007:
- Activate the Review tab of the ribbon.
- Click Next in the Changes section.
- Click the dropdown arrow below Accept.
- Select "Accept all changes in document" from the dropdown menu.
