    As some of you may know, I teach part time at a local college.
    We've been brainstorming about new courses for the new year.

    I was think that a course on setting up a wireless network might be popular so I'm asking for suggestions on
    • books
    • handouts
    • exercises
    • equipment

    That you think would be useful for those setting up home/small wireless networks.

    I am somewhat limited by the college's own network. They have it locked down (for obvious reasons) so if we want to do actual exercises we will probably have to set up our own self contained network.

    Your thoughts would be useful to me.

    The school is most likely running a "Domain", but you will be teaching a Workgroup, They are different.

    Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
