If there has been a problem with the add-in, you can enable it again as follows:
    - Select Help | About Microsoft Office Excel...
    - Click Disabled Items...
    - Select the add-in in the list.
    - Click Enable.

In Excel 2007 this option has been cunningly hidden from the user:
Office button, "Excel Options", "Add-Ins" tab, "Manage" dropdown (select Disabled items), Click "Go..."

So in Excel 2003 and before it takes 3 clicks:
    (1) Help
    (2) About
    (3) Disabled items

The same action in Excel 2007 takes 6 clicks:
    (1) Office button
    (2) Excel Options
    (3) Activate Add-Ins tab
    (4) Manage
    (5) Disabled Items
    (6) Go...

Which is something many people complain about: many things take more clicks in 2007 than for 2003. But for such an obscure function that isn't too bad. What is worse is that the option is VERY hard to locate in the UI. The current location is very unexpected if you ask me.
