    Hello Loungers

I am hoping to discover a setting in MS-Windows Vista Home Preimum Edition that will pick a random photo for the desktop each time I log on.

I get too bored with the same desktop image, so I am hoping that Windows does have this feature where you can place several JPG files in a folder and each time you boot, it fetches a new image from the set of images in that special folder.

If Windows does not have such a feature then is there a 3rd party application that does this kinda work?

    Thanks a lot

Try WEBSHOTS It has literally thousands of photos available. I've used it for a long time and you can set it cycle through photos hourly, daily or weekly, etc. Looks TERRIFIC! And it's FREE.

Long ago, there was a time when men cursed and beat on the ground with sticks. It was called witchcraft.
    Today it is called golf!

    Thanks Bob

I will try Webshots and see how it works. I saw on their site that they already have an extensive library of images. Yummm.

    Thanks again

At AeroXperience -> Sidebar V1 Releases there is a free gadget (Desktop Wallpaper) that will change your wallpaper on a frequency that you specify.
