Using Outlook 2003 how would I make a WEB site show up as clickable text in an email? For example how would I make "http://www.milkandcookies.com/link/138148/detail/" show up as "Eggs" in an email so that when one clicked on "Eggs" it would take them to "http://www.milkandcookies.com/link/138148/detail/" ? Of course all the quotes are just used here for what I hope is clarification.

    Thanks

    • Make sure that your email is formatted as html
    • Type the text you want to appear (eggs)
    • Select the text
    • Choose Hyperlink... from the Insert menu
    • Enter the url you want to link to and click OK

Start by typing the descriptive text in your e-mail message (in your example, type Eggs).
    Next, select Insert | Hyperlink...
Type or copy the web address into the URL box (in your example, http://www.milkandcookies.com/link/138148/detail/).
    Click OK.
