Is there a way to make this advanced filter filter out for example those who had sales for the month of June, and still put their name beside the results, as right now (without autofilling their name into every month I find this impossible). Granted there are only 3 people here, but let's say their are 100's and I don't want to autofill their name beside every month just to make this work.
Personally I'd be using Access here, but this is for the girls in the office and I am trying to come up with an easy solution for them without leaving Excel (which they are used to).

    Attaching example

    Thanks,

Both AutoFilter and Advanced Filter expect a database-like table in which columns have been filled in completely (including repeating data), so they won't work with a table formatted as in your attachment.

You can use formulas (in other columns) to display the completed data - see the attached version.

That is workable. I then simply autofilter the formulated columns only for the month I need. They can make this work for them. Thanks so much as always.
