    Why, if I have a domain set as a safe sender, would it keep ending up in Junk?

    Are you sure that you have the CORRECT domain listed and you must have the "@" before the domain name?

    Dave, since this isn't the only one or time this has happened recently (all added through the "Not Junk" contet menu), is some type of corruption to the file what file?) possible?

    Are you on a Microsoft Exchange account? According to This Site if you're on Exchange, it must be Server 2003. You could check that.

    1.) What version of Outlook?
    2.) What service pack is installed?
    3.) All other Outlook patches installed?
    4.) Have you checked to make sure the domain is not in the allowed & blocked senders?
    5.) What are your junk e-mail settings?
    6.) What kind of account - pop3, imap, exchange?

    Joe:

    1) It's Outlook 2007 (v12.0.6501.5000) with SP-2 (12.0.6425.1000);

    Everything available through Microsoft Update is installed.

    The domain is only in the Safe Senders.

    Settings are set to "Safe Lists Only", and "Add Contacts" and Add People I send to" to Safe Lists;

    It's a pop account.

    Thanks,
    Chuck

    No I have several, but the others I hardly use...

    And there's only the one Junk Mail Settings screen, yes?

    Remember that some words in the subject will send any email to the junk folders.
    Then if you have someone blocked and their domain is listed as safe, they may or may not get through depending which is read first, the safe list or the blocked list.

    Check your "Blocked" list to see if the listed address is included, if so remove it from the blocked list.

    Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

    Dave, I have mine set to "Safe Lists and I hve over time been able to include most all of the needed addresses.

    That being the case, and these addresses being on the Safe Lsit (as domains, not individual addresses), shouldn't they always get through?

    That depends on how Microsoft implemented the whole junk filter. If it still checks the blocked list and the block list is checked before the safe list then it could still be blocked. YES, I know what the wording says but I'm talking about how it is actually coded. We don't know that and Microsoft is not going to tell us.

    So/But, if they are NOT on the Blocked List, they should get through, yes?

    I'll check it again...

    OR they are being sent to the junk folder based on the content of the email, What is the subject and content like on these emails?
