    Messages with FW: won't print

We have Outlook installed in our classroom and are using a network printer. When a student tries to print a forwarded message by selecting the message and printing it, the printer appears, but the message never actually prints. If you open the message, it will print.
Also, several options are grayed out (like picking a certain printer and page setup.)
Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution?

can't say that i have, but i also print very few emails.

is it happening with all forwards or just some, as in specific to format. (HTML for example)

Apparently, it is only HTML messages.

I have a similar problem. The following Microsoft Knowledge Base article may help: Article ID: Q271562, OL2000: HTML Messages with Pictures Do Not Print Correctly After You Install Internet Explorer 5.5

Thanks for the suggestion, but no that doesn't address the problem I have. There are no pictures in the document.

I suspect it may have something to do with printing to a network, rather than local, printer, but that is just a guess on my part.
