What determines what and how something is added top the Citation Master List?

I found one entry there from something I cited days ago.

Is there a way to make some of these "permanent members" of the Master List?

    Regards,

    I think I found it.

In Word 2007, on a Windows 7 box, the file that stores the sources is at

    C:\Users\%User%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Bibliogr aphy\Sources.xml

Whether that holds true for other version is unknown.

Also, I don't see yet how one can import/export the sources for combining lists.

    Ideas?
