    I am trying to customize the menu bar by adding another menu item and commands that can be used by other users on our network. I have no problems customizing the menu, but it doesn't show up on other users computers. Is there a way of making this happen? We're using Access 2003.

    Customizations to the built-in menu bar and toolbars are stored in your personal profile; they will be available in all databases, but to you only.
    Custom menu bars and toolbars are stored in the database that is active when you create them; they will be available in that database only, but to all users that open the database.
    You can specify that a custom menu bar will be displayed instead of the built-in one in Tools | Startup...
