    Hello,

Does anyone know how to do a pulldown on a Word document? I am doing a survey and will like a user to select yes or no. I know I can put check boxes instead of a pulldown. Any help would be great.

    Example:

Did you like the training? pulldown yes or no.

If you're using form fields from the Forms toolbar in a document protected for forms, you can use the dropdown from the Forms toolbar. To add the list items, double-click the dropdown while the document is unprotected.

Otherwise, you can use the combo box (dropdown) from the Control Toolbox toolbar. This one can also be used in unprotected documents, and it has more options that you can set, but the disadvantage is that you must populate the list items each time the document is opened using VBA code. So users must enable macros, otherwise the dropdown list will be empty.
