If I have Outlook installed on PC's A and B - both with XP, and I want to make the Outlook on B the same as A (same mail, mail folders, notes, calander ...) what files do I have to copy from A to overwrite the ones in B?

Do you want them to continue to share the same information?

The outlook.pst file is where your data is stored.

You can see which pst file is being used by going to Tools>Mail Setup > Data Files.

Look at this on both PCs and you'll know where to copy it from and to.

I don't know if you can share it.

I copy this file from my desktop to my laptop when I go away and then back again.

In conjunction with Peter's commnet ...

I have a flash drive with the main Oultook .PST folder (Mail.pst) and I have an Archive folder (IMnetUser2009.PST) folder with all the subfolders.

I plug the flash drive in the computer and Outlook looks for my folders there. i have all the messages and subfolders with me at all times. I backup the flash drive on my main computer as well as a creat a seperate CD once a month or so.
