If I have Outlook installed on PC's A and B - both with XP, and I want to make the Outlook on B the same as A (same mail, mail folders, notes, calander ...) what files do I have to copy from A to overwrite the ones in B?

The outlook.pst file is where your data is stored.
You can see which pst file is being used by going to Tools>Mail Setup > Data Files.
Look at this on both PCs and you'll know where to copy it from and to.
I don't know if you can share it.
I copy this file from my desktop to my laptop when I go away and then back again.

I have a flash drive with the main Oultook .PST folder (Mail.pst) and I have an Archive folder (IMnetUser2009.PST) folder with all the subfolders.
I plug the flash drive in the computer and Outlook looks for my folders there. i have all the messages and subfolders with me at all times. I backup the flash drive on my main computer as well as a creat a seperate CD once a month or so.![]()
