    Hello,

    As per the attachment, how can we use Excel to count the no. of occurrences of each nationality.

    And then make a table from that.

    And then generate a bar chart.

    You can create a pivot table and pivot chart based on your data (see Create or delete a PivotTable or PivotChart report)
    Since you have only one data column Nationality, you have to add it both to the Row area and the Data area in the pivot table's layout.

    Click on the pivot chart.
    Activate the Layout tab of the ribbon.
    In the Labels group, click Data Labels.
