    Hello All,
I have a document that contains a graphic that prints fine in Word 2003 but will not print in Word 2007. The rest of the document prints fine but not the graphic object. Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance,
    MOState

What kind of graphic object - a picture, or a drawing created using the Drawing toolbar, or...?

    Hans,
It's a text box that has a picture of our State seal inserted in it. Neither the text box or the seal are printing.

    Thanks,

    Try the following:
    - Click the Office button.
    - Select Word Options.
    - In the navigation pane on the left hand side, click Display.
    - Scroll down to the "Printing options" section.
    - Make sure that "Print drawings created in Word" is ticked.
    - Click OK.

If that doesn't help, also tick the check box "Print background colors and images".
(I don't think that is relevant to your problem, but you never know...)

Let's see if someone who has Word 2007 has a suggestion (I don't).

I figured it out, I had to set the fill properties of the text box to No fill. Thanks for your suggestions I'm sure I can use them in the future.

    Have a good day!!

Sorry, but I don't have Word 2007; so this suggestion is somewhat of a guess. In the same area to which Hans directed you, see if the is a "Draft" or "Draft copy" option. This should NOT be checked. I hope this is helpful, but my knowledge is about older versions. .....J. Till
