I'm preparing a handout that describes the Word 2007 status bar. Although I do not use Signatures, Information Management Policy, and Permissions, I would like to describe what the icon looks like and what happens when the icon is clicked. I've searched this site and the Internet, and cannot find either of these. Since I have not activated the features, the icons won't appear on my status bar.

Do you know where I can find this?

If you're talking about the digital signatures...I found this on the MS website...if you scroll through it gives a brief description of the usage & shows a pic of the icon

Is that the signature you were talking about?

This talks of the information management policy, & shows an icon for the button...

I hope this is what you were looking for!
