It does seem to be available here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win.../download.aspx and according to this FAQ - "The RC is free and will be available at least through July 2009."

Whether it is now worth it or not is another matter

    Thanks guys.

The MS site dose not like my email as It has a @ in it .

I am running one of the older RCs.

I think I will stay with it as we have download limits here in Australia mine is 6GB for 30days and I only have about 1.7GB left.

    Like Hans said: "Huh?"

You just answered your own question. The file size I have on my local drive for the downloaded file is: 2,530,975,744 bytes !!!

There has been only ONE RC of Windows 7. If you have build 7100 you have the only RC. If you have a later build that is a leaked build which may or may not actually be a valid version of Windows 7. There have been reports of builds available via BitTorrent that contain malware. I'd be very leery and careful about installing a build from another source.

I did not read the error all the way.See below ???
    I don't have another one.

The portion of your e-mail address that follows the @ symbol is part of a "reserved domain" such as live.com, hotmail.com, msn.com or passport.com. Please type a different e-mail address.

You could register a free hotmail account and use that - it automatically comes with a Live ID.

Otherwise, see MSN problems with Optus email account.

In addition to Hans suggestion, I used a free yahoo.com e-mail address and a friend recently used a free gmail.com. You just have to sign up for a FREE Windows Live ID HERE

Choose "Yes, use my e-mail address" if you want to use your e-mail address or ....
Choose "No, sign me up for a free MSN Hotmail e-mail address" if you want to sign up for a free hotmail e-mail address.
