    1. Opened up the forms toolbar.
    2. Add the Drop-down form filed.
    3. I added 15 Drop-down items
    4. I lock the form
    5. Select the Drop-down arrow anld I see the 15 items

Question: How can I select more than one item from the drop-down arrow?? Lets say two of the 15 items were Blue and
Gold. I want to select Blue and Blue shows up in the field. I then want to select Gold and have both Blue
and Gold to show up in the field. Preferable Blue on top and Gold. Is this possible or do you have a better method?????

I don't think Word's native controls can do this. In the Controls toolbox, there is a listbox control that has a multi-select option. Users presumably would use ctrl+click to multi-select. If that isn't an attractive option, you could wire the native drop-list to a macro that pops the selected words into another field. However, I think the user would have to tab or click out of the drop-down control before the macro would run.
