    Forward Header INFO Outlook (2002)

I received an email from someone who has an aol account and the person who sent it has denied sending it. I have been on to AOL and they say that they can authenticate the email if I can forward it including the header. However all my attempts to include the old header forwarding via either Outlook 2002, Outlook Express or any other email system I have tried has removed the old header info upon forwarding.
Any ideas how to include the old header info in forwarded emails? Cut and Pasting is not an option the header info must be forwarded intact.
    Many thanks

I think the best you can do is:
Open the email, Select View | Options.
This will show the full header as received. Select all the text in the pop-up window (Internet Headers: ) by left-clicking and wiping the mouse down over all the text.
    Right_mouse and select Copy.
Close the Options window, click Forward and simply paste the selected text into the beginning of the message. I normally prefix this with "Original Header:"

Many thanks for your reply but AOL will not accept this as this is cutting and pasting and so could be forged. They say
"We would suggest that you check on the technical features provided by your email system in order to determine whether or not it allows for forwards that pass on the complete piece of email you received. Not only the text but also the headers."
They have been unable to suggest a way of doing what they request.

I guess all you can do is open the message and Save it - selecting .msg as the file type.
Email them and attach the saved file.
If they fear cutting and pasting, I fail to see why they should accept anything. If you know what to do, anything can be forged.
Personally, I would just do one of my two suggestions and tell them this is what you received. They are more than liable to deny anything, on the basis they can use the possibility of 'forgery' as a get-out.

actually, that's the hard way <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15> open a new mail and use file > insert item. (on word mail, use the paperclip icon, not insert menu) you'll get a dialog that lists all the folders on top and the items in the selected folder down below.

you can also drag and drop from the folders directly to an open message.
