You can do this without any specialized tools:
    - Make sure that the toolbar is visible.
    - Press the PrintScreen key on the keyboard. This places an image of your screen on the clipboard.
    - Start Paint.
    - Press Ctrl+V to paste the image.
    - Use the rectangle selection tool to select only the toolbar (or part of it, if you prefer).
    - Press Ctrl+C to copy the selection.
    - Activate the document where you want to use the picture of the toolbar.
    - Press Ctrl+V to paste the image.

There are many screen capture utilities that let you select a part of the screen and copy it. See for example the topic Screen Capture Programs or Screen capture software.
