    Does anyone know an easy way to print a list of all the messages in your Inbox? Not all the actual messages, but a replica of the Inbox screen, showing From, Subject, Received, etc. I've tried exporting it to Excel (which does work) but I was wondering if there was any other way to do this?

    Thanks in advance for any ideas.

    Activate the inbox (or any other folder).
    Select File | Print...
    In the Print Style box, select Table Style.
    You can preview the result.

    (Don't select Memo Style, that would print the contents of the selected message)

    Yes,

    When you print, choose the Table Style layout and it will give you a list. What you might want to do first is add all of the columns you want to see in the printout.
