I tried sending someone a pic (from my Outlook) to their Google GMail. They couldn't open it.

So I tried sending myself one (to my GMail) and couldn't open it either. But sending it from Outlook TO OUtlook it was fine.

Google said to make sure I had Outlook set to MIME attachments.

? Where the heck is that? I thought I looked all over, but didn't finds it at all...

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

Does the article here help? (About 2/3 of the way down.)

Otherwise, are you sending the pictures in in-line mode (HTML), or as attachments? What happens if you send in plain text mode?

That's the default. I'm not sure you can even change it any more.

What message format are you using? Plain text is best (can be read by all mail clients), HTML is second best (may not decode well on mobile phones), RTF is worst (works with few mail clients).

    Leif, I got the article...thanks.

Jefferson, I was using HTML. I'll try plain text.
