    Is there a way in Excel 2003 when using change tracking, to limit who can accept or reject the changes? We want to set the spreadsheet up so anyone can make changes, but where they are tracked and can only be accepted or rejected by the owner. Thanks

    To enable track changes, you need to share the workbook. Sharing a workbook is not a good idea - it can easily cause the workbook to be corrupted.
