    I have several rules, inside Rule Wizard, and none of them work now. I can also try to manually move an item to a folder and get the following error message:

    "Cannot move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already moved, deleted, or access denied." This happens when I try to manually move an item.

    With Rule Wizard, the following happens, when I try to manually run.

    "Cannot copy XX to the XX folder."

    Ideas on what I can do to fix?

    How large is your .pst file? Does it help if you compact it, or if you archive some content?

    You very likely have some corrupted items in those folders, and Hans is on the right track.

    Have you run the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpsts.exe) on the problem PST?

    Did you recently do any folder restructuring, renaming, or rebuilding?
