I was trying to upload a file, and it wouldn't "go." Ultimately I tried a different account, and it did "go."

So would that mean that the user account is corrupted? Because why then would it seem to be sending and receiving regular mail fine?

And if I need to re-create that account, how do I not lose all the e-mail and attachments in that e-mail account?

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

Just one occurrence is not conclusive. If the problem happens more often, it could be an indication that the account is corrupt.

If you do need to set up a new account, you shouldn't have problems getting at existing e-mails.
