    The link works for me - it opens a .wmv file directly, it doesn't go to a web page.

    YouTube works fine but still NG with the .wmv file. Checked WMP11 and .wmv is authorized.

    You could right-click the link to the .wmv file and select "Save target as..." to download it to disk, then play the downloaded file.
