Print settings are stored for each sheet in each workbook.

To set the default to landscape for newly created worksheets and workbooks:
    - Create a new workbook with the number of sheets you want a new workbook to have by default.
    - Activate each of the sheets in turn and set the page setup the way you want (and other formatting as well, if desired).
    - Save as an Excel template named Book (this will become Book.xlt in Excel 97-2003, Book.xltx in Excel 2007) in your XLStart folder.
    - Remove all sheets except one.
    - Save as an Excel template named Sheet (this will become Sheet.xlt in Excel 97-2003, Sheet.xltx in Excel 2007) in your XLStart folder.
    - Quit and restart Excel.
