When I create a pivot table, for items in the attached worksheet, with more than one project the second line will be created however the "EE-ID" & "NAME" fields are left blank while the "PROJECT #" and "TOTAL" are filled in.

Is it possible that the pivot table be managed so each row is completely filled in?

In the attached worksheet , I have a pivot table where the top schedule illustrates where the highlited red cells shows that the "EE-ID" & "NAME" fields are left blank . The bottom example is the pivot table I would like to have processed.

    Thank you.

You can't do that with a pivot table.

    You could do the following:
    - Select the entire pivot table.
    - Copy it.
    - Click elsewhere in the sheet.
    - Select Edit | Paste Special...
    - Select the Values option and click OK.
    - Select the part of the copied table where you want to fill the blanks.
    - Select Edit | Go To...
    - Click Special...
    - Select Blanks and click OK.
    - Type =, then click on the cell above the active cell, or press the up arrow on the keyboard.
    - Press Ctrl+Enter to enter the formula in all cells of the selection.
