Oh where, oh where have my signatures gone? (Outlook 2002)

    Hi,
I've been using Office for quite a few years now. I recently purchased a new computer from Dell and it came loaded with Office, including "Outlook 2002" which, I assume, is XP.
Now I send out a lot of email. I exchange email with my customers, with my suppliers, with friends and relatives, and with various email groups. I have different signatures that I use depending on who I am sending to. (All the same identity, just with different information as appropriate - I'm not a fraudster!)
In the past I have always just poked the little signature icon and selected the signature I wanted from a drop-down menu. I cannot find that functionality with this new version of Outlook. Can you tell me how to do it? I sure hope they haven't eliminated this feature or I might have to go looking for other email programs. Finding the appropriate signature and then cutting/pasting it in to my emails is not going to continue...
    Thanks,

Try the menu, "Insert, Signature, ........."

Change the toolbar to 2 rows and you will see that ICON

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

it depends if you are using word or outlook's editor.

on word, it's either on the options button or you can use autotext.

Thanks Dave. I looked in the insert menu before and it wasn't there. I must have been in the wrong context or something. Anyway, once I used it, the icon took its proper place on the toolbar and everything seems to be fine, now. I appreciate the help.

Oh, maybe that's what it was. I think Word was the default editor when I first started using it. I recently unclicked that box and that must be why it suddenly started working as it always has. I appreciate the help.
