I have a document that has track changes with rev bars on the right hand side. When I printed the page, there is a rev bar on a different part of the paragraph. I don't see it on the screen, or when I do a print preview, I don't see it. When I print it, it's there. I've tried highlighting the line, words, spaces, to accept change and it's not letting me do that. How can I remove the line if I can't see it?

Can you find the culprit using the Previous and Next buttons on the Reviewing toolbar?

You might also experiment with the Display for Review dropdown and the Show menu on the Reviewing toolbar.

Hans-you're awsome on the Word side also. We did manage to find it, it was attached to a section break that wasn't showing even with the "show/hide" button on. Thanks
