I installed and ran the free version of Sophos anti-rootkit and it found around 110 issues. When I clicked them for more information, however, all of them had the line " Removable: Yes (removing this file is not recommended)". Should I leave the issues alone or should I go ahead and delete them?
    Thank you.

That isn't enough information to make an informed decision. Are these system files (e.g., c:\windows)?

You could double-check using Microsoft's scanner: RootkitRevealer.

    Edit: Or F-Secure's scanner: BlackLight.

Be careful - "thorough" rootkit scanners may turn up hidden processes that are legitimate. It Sophos Anti-Rootkit says that "removing this file is not recommended", I'd leave it alone.
