    Hi all,

On one of my forms in my access database I have a value list/drop down list which allows the user to select 2 options True or False. How can I make the text go Red if the user selects False?

    Many thanks,

Open the form in design view.
    Select the combo box.
    Select Format | Conditional Formatting...
Select "Field value is" from the first dropdown, "equal to" from the second dropdown, and enter "False" (including the quotes) in the box next to it.
Select Red in the font color dropdown.
    Click OK.
