I created a custom toolbar in Outlook 2003 with buttons calling macros which auto load email addresses into the "to" line for the folks I always send email to. When my software was updated to Outlook 2007, the buttons now appear on a tab/ribbon called "Add-ins" and work fine. I have also added many of the macros to the Quick Access Toolbar. The buttons on the "Add-in" tab/ribbon still work, but I can't figure out how to add/delete them from the toolbar. I've looked at all the configuration options, but no luck. What am I missing?

    Thanks.

PS - here is the code behind the buttons - I got help from you guys to create these years ago.

    -----

    Sub Woody()
    AddToRecipient "woody@wopr.com"
    End Sub

    ----
    Sub AddToRecipient(strWho As String)
Dim itmMessage As MailItem, strFingerprint As String
'if macro is run in the wrong context, there will be an error
    On Error Resume Next
    Set itmMessage = ActiveInspector.CurrentItem
    If Err > 0 Then
MsgBox "Please create a new mail message and then try again. [" & _
    Err.Description & "]"
    Exit Sub
    End If
    On Error GoTo 0

    'add recipient
    With itmMessage.Recipients
    .Add strWho
    .ResolveAll
    End With
    Set itmMessage = Nothing
    End Sub

Find a PC with Outlook 2003.
    Edit the toolbar.
Copy the Outcmd.dat file from the PC with Outlook 2003 to the PC with Outlook 2007.
The file is stored in C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook (in Windows XP) or C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outl ook (in Windows Vista).

Thanks - Outlook 2007 was loaded onto the same PC that ran Outlook 2003 - I'll check to see if the file is there. Will copying this file allow modifying the macros on the "Add-ins" ribbon?

    I don't know, sorry. I don't have Office 2007.
