    How to use the cells refrence instead range in this line:


    Set rngFind = WS3.Range("A:A").Find(What:=REGIONE, LookAt:=xlWhole, LookIn:=xlValues)

    in effect i want to find in column A

    Try this
    Set rngFind = WS3.Range(WS3.cells(1,1),WS3.cells(rows.count,1)). Find(What:=REGIONE, LookAt:=xlWhole, LookIn:=xlValues)
