In previous versions out Outlook when you were trying to schedule an appointment with multiple attendees there was an option for Outlook to find the first available time. In Outlook 2007 I can't find it. I see suggested times on the right hand side of the appointment but nowhere can I find the first available options.

    Any advice?

Which version of Exchange are you on? It works differently depending on whether you're on Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007.

That's how it goes. The interface has been revamped in Exchange 2007, and now you'll have to live with the Scheduling Assistant and its suggested times.
