I am considering WHS for my small business network. We have 4 XP computers BUT one machine that runs Win 2000. It is a critical piece of production equipment -a fancy photo printer- that cannot be upgraded to XP/Vista. The production printer only needs to talk to one folder on one other computer on the network. It doesn't need to talk to the server itself. Can I easily set up WHS and keep my Win 2000 printer connected to that one computer? Thanks!

Yes. WHS (Windows Home Server) know nothing about any machines on your network where you don't install the WHS Connector.
