Outlook 2007 on exchange server. When I look into the scheduling display of meetings I have accepted. my appointment details are displayed, whilst others show as a solid bar.
    Had not noticed this before.
Does this happen because I am "permitted" to see my own details, or is this either a desktop or exchange setting to turn off the details display?

If you have read access to the appointment then Outlook has always displayed the details. I think it just used a screentip for this in Outlook 2003, so it may have become more visible.
