    Is there a way to be able to select more than 1 selection from a drop down form field.

    Hold the CTRL key down and click more than one item.

    Hi Joe
    I'm using Word 2007 and it doent seem to work. once you click on a comment thats it even if the CTRL is key down.

    Hi Gary,

    I don't think it's possible with a dropdown formfield. Perhaps Joe was thinking of a userform or an Active-X Combo Box.
