Are archive.pst files created by Outlook 2007 usable with Outlook 2000?
I guess they are not (unreadable by Outlook 2000)
    Thanks in advance

It depends on what type of .pst file you created. In Outlook go to Tools | Account Settings | Data Files. Click the archive file, then the "Settings" button. If the file is identified as "Personal Folders File" then it will NOT be compatible. It must be identified as "Personal Folders File (97-2002)" to be compatible.
