When I put my Dist List in the bcc I get the Unexpected Error message. When I look at list's properties in the Address Book I see all the members. What's going on? Please don't tell me I have to re-create the list! There are many members.
BTW Outlook Help was not helpful.

The list is called VV members. I have used it successfully many times before.

Try renaming the distribution list to something without a space, e.g. VVmembers or VV_members. I found some reports that Outlook sometimes has a problem recognizing names that contain a space.

Thanks, Hans. I changed the name to VV_members and it worked!. I will now rename some other lists that I have had occasional problems with.

Weird thing happened on the reply. I have configured control panel to receive immediate topic reply notifications. This worked fine for your first reply but not for the second, or for another post on the Access forum. I just check the Controls again and all the boxes are checked. What am I missing?

Sometimes the e-mail notifications are delayed. We are aware of the problem, and our support admins are trying to find a solution, but we don't know how long it will take.
