I'm running Outlook 2000 and all functions are OK.
I also have a Yahoo emial account with over 800 emails. I purchased Yahoo Mail Plus with the intent of syncing the Yahoo emails to mu Outlook Inbox, as touted by Yahoo. Everything appears to be set-up correctly however I'm not getting any new Yahoo email into the Outlook Inbox.
Any suggestions (while I wait for Yahoo to answer this same question) ?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Do you get any error messages when you send/receive on the Yahoo account?

Do you get new message sent to that account (i.e., is the problem limited to messages you've already read using webmail)?

    Thanks for responding.
No error messages, and, neither old or new email are synced.

    Yahoo answered me. Thanks.
The answer lies in the POP3 and SMTP addresses. They have to begin with plus.pop... and plus.smtp...
The port settings are 995 for POP3 and 465 for SMTP.

    Thanks again.
